New ways to be glued to a screen
so the local grocery store is trying out the "you scan it and bag it" wand. You basically do everything before you get to the checkout except turn in the scanner and pay. time saver...no. fun, well at least once.
It is annoying when the wand makes a loud cash register "cha-ching!" every time it serves up a new advertisement while you are idle.
